    Thanks for the detailed description of how to remove HitmanPro. What is interesting, is that I have have had to use the same procedure of editing the Registry – except that I removed the folders completely containing HitmanPro entries with no ill effects. There were also some entries with Zebra in the file names which I removed.
    This was done on two pc’s with the pre-Beta Windows 8 and 1 on Windows 7 Ult. (All 64 bit)
    I have ‘Show hidden files’ enabled on all but no searches showed up any extra files that needed to be removed.
    Then I deleted the Folder and HitmanPro.exe in the Program Files.
    btw – I have tried Best Uninstall Tool – but would not recommend it.
