For Win7 64bit, I had already run the uninstall, and Windows un-installed the install program…sneaky….

    So for Win7 64bit, I did this.

If it is showing in your toolbar, exit it.
Open Admin Svcs, and stop all Hotspot Shield Services. I also disable them

Find where you put the HotSpot Shield Directory.. I happened to isolate on other then my C Drive.

    Delete the Directory… All gone

run regedit search for Hotspot Shield, and remove all keys with Hotspot shield.

    The end…. all gone.
